Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a donation that you have made at any time up to 30 days after your payment was made.
If you decide to cancel a donation after 30 days, we will refund the donation, provided the funds have not already been utilized for a charitable project.

If your request for refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment within 5–7 working days from the date of approval.

Refunds are only applicable for donations made directly through our official website www.kanbifoundation.org.
